We have a size-guide on every product page so that you can easily see how we measure each and every club.

Shipping
Our average time to delivery is 3.4 days across all orders. If you want to guarantee you receive your package in 3 days - we recommend selecting the priority shipping option, and if you need your package in 2 days or less we recommend selecting the express shipping option.
Sadly, we do not ship outside of the U.S. yet. In the past, customers encountered unexpected taxes and import fees - to avoid any of that frustration we recommend shopping locally (if you're outside the U.S.). However, we are hoping to add Canada and Mexico soon, so stay tuned for updates!
Yes! Free shipping is automatically added to all orders of $400 or more! Additionally, signing up for our rewards program gives you the opportunity to qualfy for free shipping (and other perks).

Our website automatically emails you any time that your order updates. Within those emails, you should receive a tracking number and/or description of the update.

We typically respond to customers as soon as possible. We respond 8:00am - 4:00pm CST during the week and as much as we can on weekends!
Returns & Exchanges
Fill our this form (click here), or send an email to howdy@golfroots.com with your full name, order number, and the item you wish to return or exchange.
Our policy allows for returns up to 60 days after you receive your order!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send it back to us (at no cost to you). Once we receive the item, you have two options: 1. Receive 100% money-back in credit towards another item 2. Receive your money-back less a 3% restocking fee ($15 minimum). If the condition of the club changes significantly to decrease the value of the club, then the return is subject to a larger deduction.

Trade-Ins
Yes! While we continue building an automated system, please email trade-in@golfroots.com with the name of the club (brand, model, flex) and pictures so we can provide you with a quote.
Warehouse / Store
Yes! We offer free pick up at the warehouse to save you money on shipping. Once you are notified your order is ready, stop by during our normal business hours to pick up your order.
Yes! We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm for walk-in customers.

Yes! We offer the ability to finance your purchase automatically using Shop Pay. This should pop-up automatically under most products and payment methods, but feel free to reach out to our team directly at howdy@golfroots.com if not!
By hosting our website on Shopify, we believe in transparency and that customers should maintain control over their personal information. Yes! We are hosted on Shopify where all stores are automatically PCI compliant by default.
