Every trade-in event at a GolfRoots partner club creates a direct opportunity to support First Tee chapters across the country.
Trade-In Day Partnerships
At GolfRoots Trade-In Days, members of our partner private clubs can choose to donate their trade-in value directly to First Tee — instead of receiving pro shop credit. Every dollar goes straight to the program.
Kids' Club Donations
All junior clubs collected at trade-in events are donated to the local First Tee chapter. Kids get real equipment, and families get one less barrier keeping their children off the course.
Club Buyback Program
GolfRoots purchases donated adult clubs from First Tee chapters — helping them clear space in their facilities while generating direct funding for their programs. Simple, sustainable, impactful.

First Tee uses golf to teach life skills to young people — but access to equipment is one of the biggest barriers families face. Our partnership directly addresses that. Every club donated, every dollar redirected, creates a real path to the game for a kid who'd otherwise never get one.

Schedule Your Event
We lock in a date, send all marketing materials 8 weeks out, and handle the full email reminder cadence to your membership — so turnout is strong and the First Tee mission is front and center.
We Handle the Rest
Our trained team runs the 4-hour event on-site. Members choose to donate or receive credit. Junior clubs are boxed and shipped. You get a full breakdown — and First Tee gets funded.
