Not sure what you have? Check the shaft near the grip — flex is usually printed right on it (look for L, A or Sr, R, S, or X). As a rough guide by driver swing speed: under 75 mph is usually Ladies, 75–85 mph Senior, 85–95 mph Regular, 95–105 mph Stiff, and 105+ mph Extra Stiff.
