About the Callaway Paradym

Callaway released the Paradym drivers in early 2023 in three models: Paradym, Paradym X and Paradym Triple Diamond. They were built around a 360 Carbon Chassis, a carbon crown and sole with no titanium in the body, which saved weight that Callaway moved around the head for speed and forgiveness. The forged titanium face was designed with AI. The standard model has an adjustable weight, the X is a larger, draw-biased head, and the 450cc Triple Diamond is built for better players who want lower spin.

How to identify your Paradym

The Paradym name is on the head, along with X or Triple Diamond if it is one of those models. The model matters, because each is a different head. The loft is marked on the head, and the adjustable hosel shows which setting it is in. Check that the sole weight is in place, and note the shaft model and flex.

What affects your Paradym's trade-in value

For a driver, we look closely at the crown and face. Sky marks, paint chips, crown dents and face wear lower the condition grade, and a cracked face or a rattle in the head is a much bigger problem. The shaft matters as much as the head: note the shaft model and flex, and whether it is the stock shaft or an aftermarket upgrade. A worn grip counts against it a little.

Will you match another trade-in quote?

Yes, in store credit. If a legitimate online retailer gives you a higher cash trade-in quote for the same model, specs, flex and condition within 7 days, we will match it in GolfRoots store credit. We do not match competitor store credit offers or promo bonuses.

Can I trade in the headcover with my Paradym?

No. Headcovers and bags cannot be traded in, so keep them or sell them on your own.

Can I just walk in with my Paradym?

Yes. Walk-in trade-ins are welcome at our showroom at 13260 Josey Ln, Suite 106, Farmers Branch, TX 75234, just north of Dallas. We will look it over and give you an offer on the spot.

Shipping

Our average time to delivery is 3.4 days across all orders. If you want to guarantee you receive your package in 3 days - we recommend selecting the priority shipping option, and if you need your package in 2 days or less we recommend selecting the express shipping option.

Sadly, we do not ship outside of the U.S. yet. In the past, customers encountered unexpected taxes and import fees - to avoid any of that frustration we recommend shopping locally (if you're outside the U.S.). However, we are hoping to add Canada and Mexico soon, so stay tuned for updates!

Yes! Free shipping is automatically added to all orders of $400 or more! Additionally, signing up for our rewards program gives you the opportunity to qualfy for free shipping (and other perks).

Our policy allows for returns up to 60 days after you receive your order!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send it back to us (at no cost to you). Once we receive the item, you have two options: 1. Receive 100% money-back in credit towards another item 2. Receive your money-back less a 3% restocking fee ($15 minimum). If the condition of the club changes significantly to decrease the value of the club, then the return is subject to a larger deduction.
