What golf events are coming to DFW this fall?
PGA Jr. League Championship, Nov 12-15, 2026 (Frisco)
The 13-and-under PGA Jr. League Championship is at Fields Ranch West at PGA Frisco, according to the PGA of America. Visit Frisco lists twelve All-Star teams and says spectators don't need tickets. What's happening in DFW golf this winter?
Texas Golf Expo Dallas, Feb 12-13, 2027 (Plano)
The Texas Golf Expo is at the Plano Event Center, 2000 E Spring Creek Pkwy. The event listing shows Friday, Feb 12 from 11am to 5pm and Saturday, Feb 13 starting at 9am. Expos are a good place to hit new models and compare brands under one roof. Our advice: try the newest driver there, write down the head and shaft that worked, then check whether last year's version of the same head is available used for a lot less. Winter is regrip season

Which PGA TOUR events are in DFW in spring 2027?
THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson, Apr 29 to May 2, 2027 (McKinney)
The PGA TOUR's Dallas-area event returns to TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney. The tournament site lists tournament week as April 26 to May 2, with competition rounds Thursday through Sunday.
PGA Championship, May 17-23, 2027 (Frisco)
The 109th PGA Championship comes to Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco, with a 156-player field. Championship week runs May 17-23 and the four rounds are May 20-23. It's the first PGA Championship at PGA Frisco, which is also the PGA of America's home. Community Impact has reported ticket demand close to a sellout, so if you want to go, don't wait.
Charles Schwab Challenge, May 27-30, 2027 (Fort Worth)
The week after the PGA, the TOUR moves to Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth for the Charles Schwab Challenge, one of the longest-running events on tour at the same course.
How should a DFW golfer plan around these dates?
